Help Kloud Walk Again

Hi!
My name is Kloud. I'm almost 6 years old and I love biscuits, kisses and playing with my favorite ball and my friends. (I also love to take long naps on the couch).
On December 26th 2013 I had some trouble and couldn't get up. My family helped me manage and walk around hoping I would get better, but sadly, many days later near the end of January, we discovered that I have a herniated disc. I'm a big boy but I still try very hard to get up every day and it frustrates me when I can't"” I'm a young dog and I want to walk and play with my favorite ball again!
The first veterinarian I visited wasn't very optimistic about my condition and recommended that I take a long sleep"” my family was very sad. But they didn't give up on me and they found another very nice neurologist who says he can help me! But he says I need surgery immediately. Unfortunately, the surgery will cost $7,500. I offered the nice vet all of my dog biscuits, but my family says that I don't have enough to cover the operation.
I've been hanging in here for over two months now, but my spinal cord is progressively atrophying. Mom sleeps next to me every night. She gives me kisses and smiles at me when I kiss her back. My family means a lot to me and I know I mean a lot to them and I want to spend as many years as I can with them.
Please help me get surgery as soon as possible! Any amount you can afford would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for taking the time to read my story and thank you to anyone who wants to help. Thank you so much!!
