Help with my special needs kids

We are trying to raise money for trips back and forth to the hospital and a national conference in Pa in July for our oldest and his rare syndrome Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome.He is 26yes old, 64lbs, seizures and a gtube.  We have 2 boys with chronic health conditions.Our youngest has PCD ( a lung disease) and he is 11yrs old with a port a cath and gtube and can't go to school.  My husband has been out of work since Sept and we just really need some help.
