Legalize Medical Marijuana

As someone who successfully treated his eye and brain cancer with cannabis oil, I am convinced of its medical efficacy to relieve pain and suffering. While undergoing chemo and cannabis treatment, I became a hemp, medical marijuana activist. I grew a medical marijuana garden to supply me with oil and juice and my recommendation allowed for 99 plants. After 1 year since cancer diagnosis I am cancer free and my vision restored. On August 7, the anniversary of my diagnosis while in our garden we were invaded by gun wielding Sherrifs and Homeland Security. They cut down my plants and took my medicine, iPhone and iPad that I used for cannabis/hemp research. I am now being charged with cultivation a felony. I thought California's Compassiomate Care Act protected me and my family. Much of my reseacrh and others posted to my FB and Twitter Account @freddelmer. Being a retired lawyer I feel I have a need to see that justice is done for all of you who use this medicine for physical and mental pain and suffering. I will use the funds to hire lawyers and experts to make hemp and cannabis declared a medicine and essential plant necessary for our national security.
