Billie Ross Scholarship Fund

Billie Ross impacted so many people, youth and adults, with his gentle ways, tough love and "keeping it real" attitude. I may not have known him as long as others, but he quickly had a way of touching to the core with his simplicity and humbleness; and genuine gift of compassion and caring.
