making minnow smile

on january 28, 2013 four year old minnow lee suffered a severe brain injury and was not expected to survive a 24 hour period. amazingly, she proved to be quite the miracle child! after a two week long medically induced coma, craniotomy to relieve pressure on her brain, numerous blood transfusions, staff infections, pneumonia, and a 25% loss of brain tissue she still survived. after three very long and painful months in mary bridge children's hospital she had finally been given the green light to go home but due to the severity of the trauma she endured and the loss of use of the entire left side of her body and sight, she will have to receive a tremendous amount of therapy for the rest of her life. minnow and family need your help to continue this miraculous recovery and stay on top of just one of the many challenges during this time. she is the most glorious fighter and she still has many wonderful accomplishment's to be proud of! thank you so very much!!
