Danny's Eagle Scout Service Project

Danny is making backpacks filled with essential needs to be distributed to homeless people in the Hartford area.  He will be working with South Park Inn, which will be celebrating their 30th year in May.  These backpacks will be used as part of their weekly Street Outreach efforts to seek out homeless people sleeping under bridges, overpasses, in the woods, and other out of the way places. 

All contributors will receive a letter of thanks from South Park Inn for tax deduction purposes, as they are the beneficiary of this project and a 501(c)3 organization.  You can expect a letter near the completion of the project.

If you live nearby and would like to contribute items rather than cash, that would be wonderful!  Please let us know.  If you would like to participate in putting together the packs, let us know and you will be notified when all the materials are gathered and a date set.

NOTE:This is Danny's project and he chose all of the items.  This fundraising portion of the project is under his mom's account because he is a minor.  :0)
