One month old Layden was taken from his mother on Saturday January 4, 2014 by his father. He was allowed to take the baby so he could spend some time with him. The mother has never denied him the ability to see him and yet the father has refused now to give the baby back to his mother or for her to even see her child. This man is an active duty Navy sailor and has no medical rights to this child. ...We have gone to the police, Child Protective Services, JAG, Magistrates office, and different Lawyers and still no one is doing anything. Layden was diagnosed with Jaundice which he is supposed to be given medication for everyday that the so called father knew about and refused to come get his medication and denied the child his medicine for 4 days now. We have recently found out that since the child has been in his care Layden has developed a fever, a rash, and a cold and it took him 3 days to take Layden to see a doctor. Please everyone we need as much help as possible to bring Layden home!
