Help Annabelle get a therapy pool

Our beautiful daughter Annabelle-Rose was born with a chromosomal abnormality and global delay. She is unable to sit, crawl or walk due to very low muscle tone. We would like to put a small therapy pool in our backyard so Annabelle can have access to exercise every day.
Annabelle also has an eye condition which prevents her pupils dilating and retracting with sunlight which means she can't control how much light goes into her eyes, this is extremely distressing for her, she cannot go to the park or for a walk unless the sun is setting. 
A small therapy pool would give annabelle a chance for exercise and stimulation in our own home where we can control her environment and give her access to the things she wouldn't normally be able to do.
As annabelles mother I wish for nothing more than to one day see my babygirl take her first steps. It's heartbreaking for me to watch her strapped in and trapped in her stroller not being able to get up and go. We never take anything for granted and appreciate every tiny accomplishment our daughter makes.
