Financial Crisis - Help Save My family!

Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever imagined that my partner and our 3 x boys (14, 11 + 1) would be going through such a difficult time. We are only weeks away from potentially losing our house, our cars and not to mention everything else we own because we have run out of money. It is absolutely gut wrenching and extremely stressful knowing there is nothing I can do to help my family. After having lost our jobs early last year, we are now suffering from severe financial hardship and can no longer afford our mortgage, our car payments, bills and not to mention everything else. I feel so embarrassed knowing that everyone now knows what we are going through, but times are dire and I don't know what else to do or who to turn to. We would be forever grateful if you could help out in any way :(
