BIOLOGICAL DAD CUT OUT ...

...OF LIFE OF CHILD PRODUCED DURING AFFAIR.
Please help Chris Farrell change existing law so that his son and other children can know their “real” Dad.
My biological son will not know me because of outdated law in Florida.
I am challenging this existing law through the court system, and I have run out of funds to support the mounting legal fees.
My story:
My ex-girlfriend and I conceived a child. We moved in together and several weeks before the birth of our son, she decided she wanted to separate.
It turns out that she ended up going back to her husband, who I thought she was divorcing, and refused to ever let me see Dylan again.
Here is the kicker, according to current law in the State of Florida, even though I am the child’s biological father, I have no rights at all…to see him…to make decisions for him… or to even have him know that I exist. You see, the current law states that if a biological father has a child with a biological mother who is married to another man, the child is considered to be the legal child of the biological mother’s husband and not the legal child of the biological father!
This has been (and continues to be) a long and expensive legal challenge; and I need to pay my attorney, Rebekak Brown-Wiseman, in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
