Help me pay for a Job in the USA

I am Victoria, I live in Argentina and I'm going through a difficult sittuation. This country's political and social issues have come to the point in which I fear for my safety. People are getting robbed and murdered just around the corner, there are very few legal jobs yet the goverment seems to favor the criminals and do nothing for our safety or our well being.
These are images of what happened on December 3rd and 4th when our Governor was out of the province AND our police officers went on strike. What kind of country allows this sort of behavior from the people who swore to guard and protect us?
And what kind of country are we in which everyone feels with the right to steal, destruct and murder just because there is no one to stop them? And I can asure you that most of this people were not stealing out of necessity (low classes get free houses, free schools, free computers and free food). And not all of these were people from the lower society. MY NEIGHBORS were stealing too! This is unbelievable! Old couples who have worked decades to build there little shops have been ruined after December 4th's chaos. But we're supposed to get used to this? My little 11 year old sister was afraid to go out all year because of all the kidnapping and stealing on our neighborhood and now that it's finally over, she has to go through that panic again?
So this is what I want to do, because I honestly see no other option. I want to work in the USA with a program called the Au Pair program. In Argentina, knowing english is not a benefit. In fact, knowing nothing is a benefit. Doctor's are taxi drivers and Lawyers are sellers under illegal work conditions.
All I'm asking for is one opportunity. I want to be safe and I want to have a chance. And I've worked with kids ever since I can remember. So the Au Pair is a great opportunity for me to work as a babysitter in the USA for a year and to also help my family echonomically. I just want a better chance, that's all. And any help will be gladly accepted! Even if it's just 5 dollars, it would really mean a lot to me. Please help me.
