Need of help

I am entering pretty hard times.  I lost my job, my car broke down, I was robbed of what money I did have last week.  I been trying to stay positive and move foward with things but I am freaking out and not sure what to so anymore.  Any help could help more than you know.  I really hate to even ask for help.
