Sparky the Dachshund needs wheels

Sparky is a loving dachshund that is living at Chapmans Dachshund Rescue. He currently has a set of wheels, but they do not fit him right and he keeps flipping over. This means he has to be watched closely and he could hurt himself again. Please help give him the Christmas Gift of a new set of properly fitting wheels. Sparky will be sized and have a custom cart made for him if we can reach our goal.
