Hello and thank you for visiting my Go Fund Me Page! Here's a little bit about me. My name is Tonya and I go by T.E. Ridener. I have been writing stories for as far back as I can remember and I decided to pursue my dream of becoming an author in 2011. Since then, I have published several novels to Amazon.com.
I write mostly paranormal and fantasy, and some of my stories are based in fictional towns in Kentucky and Tennessee! I write about vampires, werewolves, werebears, elemental royals, fairies, and elves. That list is ever growing, and I don't plan to stop anytime soon.
Being an indie writer is such a great thing, but it is also expensive. I have to hand it to the independent novelists who can afford great covers, editors, websites, and swag-it's not an easy thing to do. There are many out there who pay out of pocket (into the thousands) for editing and paperback copies to hand out. I haven't made it that far yet, but one day I hope I can go to amazing signing events to meet my readers.
I have never given up on my dream of writing. It's my absolute #1 passion in life-next to my family.
What will your donation help me do, you ask? Well, it will help me to create new covers for my books! I create my own covers, but the stock images aren't cheap. I would appreciate any help on being able to get these images to make amazing covers.
You'll also be helping me get an awesome editor that will ensure my stories are the best they can be!
Oh, and did I mention that I would very much like to get a bona-fide website one day? We'll work on that..but for now, any help with cover photo costs and editing would be AMAZING. I do have some reward packages to anyone that donates.
Even if it's just $5, I will send you a signed bookmark or an ebook as a thank you. Hopefully, sometime soon, I can offer signed paperback copies, too!
