A Trip Across The Globe

In September of 2014, I will be leaving on an epic adventure across the globe. This is a missions trip in which I will be living and working in 11 different countries over the course of 11 months. I will have the unique opportunity to really make a difference in my world because we will be working in disaster areas and orphanages, just to name a few. I am so excited for the chance to bring some love and joy into the lives of people who haven't experienced very much of that.
I am raising money on this site not for the trip itself, but for the equipment I will need for. There will potentially be a lot of backpacking and camping involved in some of the countries I'll be visiting, which include Cambodia, Thailand, Swaziland, Botswana, Honduras, and Nicaragua. At the moment, I do not have any of the necessary equipment. I will need to get a high quality, light-weight tent, an internal frame pack, a light-weight, compactable sleeping bag, and a good camera, just to name a few things.
