Toby Riley needs back surgery!

Toby, the adorable corgi mix that we rescued from pet finder is in desperate need of back surgery to prevent him from being paralyzed! he had a tough life as a young puppy and was abused/neglected resulting in him being rescued, fostered and eventually joining our family. Toby, aka Mr Mr Silky because if his incredibly soft coat, is such a fun & cuddly dog that he deserves to have a full life. please help us afford the necessary back surgery needed to prevent Toby from being permanently paralyzed. i thank you all from the bottom of my heart <3
