I am an injured female apprentice lineman currently in a Workers Compensation Trial against employer Southern California Edison Co. This photo was taken in 2010. I am raising money to pay union dues, transportation, clothing, child care, past due bills, and operating expenses for founding the California non-profit corporation Female Discrimination™. I founded this organization in December 2011, after reporting numerous complaints about discrimination in the work place and violations of public policy and the lack of union representation. I realized that without the help of the public, the female voice will never be heard. She will not be heard until the public sees the truth.

The funds will be used to pay union dues to the IBEW Local 47 Union, while I continue to fight my litigation against my male-dominated Labor organization. The funds will be used to pay for transportation to the union meetings, doctor visits, workers compensation appeals board hearings or court dates against Southern California Edison.

The funds will be used to purchase printing supplies, ink, paper, stamps, pens, pencils, binders, files, etc used for preparing for trial or court. The funds will be used to maintain minimum operating expenses for Female Discrimination™(Volunteer management), pay penalties to FTB, file for exemption status with the State of California and Federal, rent facilities for business and public meetings (until the trial ends).

The funds will be used for food and drinks for meetings and special events in support of Female Discrimination™ activities. The funds are needed as soon as possible. This means so much to me because I was given nothing to begin with. I was an apprentice lineman before they registered me with the states of California and Nevada.
I became a registered apprentice lineman but they took away everything. I had been removed from training then they refused to hire me, rejected me, diagnosed me with mental disorders, gave me some treatment then denied the injuries in court. My training, certifications, education, athleticism, skills, strength, performance, test results did not mean a thing. I was still treated as though I was less than.

I am in court for workers compensation standing up for my rights as an injured female to seek work equal to injured males and to receive equal benefits as injured males receive without violation of public policy. I am standing in court every hearing for me and for every other female out there, because I did it! I told them that they were wrong. I am not scared. I have nothing, but I am still standing. I would be so happy to see 50% females and 50% males working as Utility & Outside Line Construction Lineman and Apprentice Lineman. I would be so thankful if people would be generous to help my cause and the cause of Female Discrimination™ to protect females from discrimination and prejudice in the workplace. Thank you!
