Help Josiah's recovery cost.

My best friend from South Dakota was injured from a severe fall on November 18th. He has no brain damage but he has a contusion that basically goes across his forehead area. The skull fracture goes across his forehead, over to his left eye and then back behind his ear and to the base of his skull. The doctor said this will heal naturally without any disfiguration to his head. He will require some facial reconstruction surgery in the next week to put the inside of his mouth back together. He also has some small fractures on his neck vertebrae but these will also heal themselves naturally. He is in a neck brace and will be be for the next couple of months. The biggest concern right now is that he cannot see out of his left eye. Josiah was just getting ready to go on the insurance at his work but he was not on it yet and his father does not have any vacation days left so every day he is in the hospital with his son he is not getting paid.

I am trying to raise money for him and his family so that 1) his father can stay with him in the hospital and 2) to help relieve some of the stress of the many medical bills that are soon to come.
