Please Help Me Bring My Mom Home

As you all know after a very long search that I have recently found my biological mother, Ms.Willena Mae Gaines. I am currently in the process of hiring an attorney to get legal custody of her due to the fact of her living conditions. When I went to visit my mother this past weekend, she was not in a healthy environment. My mother had not been bathe or feed in which looked like weeks. She has three grand daughter's to whom she has only met one (Tierra) when she was a baby, she also has two grand children that would love to meet their great grandmother. By law I have no rights to just bring my mother home. I would have to hire an attorney to establish custody/guardianship of her. Since I am an Michigan resident and she resides in Ooltewah, Tennessee. I cannot hire a local attorney.
