Housing and Homeless Prevention Fund

My name is Mark De Loatch. In 2011 I lost my job. I lived off my 401 K for 2 and a half years but the money ran out because I insisted on paying my rent and bills on time. In the interim I was one of the many millions looking for employment but it seems that "job creators" aren't interested in hiring a 55 year old for full time work. I am in a government program called "Experience Works" but the placements are basically part-time jobs that won't cover all of my expenses like rent, transportation, medications, etc.

This is where my funding request comes in. If I take care of my BIGGEST cost [rent], I can manage my other costs with the meager paycheck I earn.

I AM NOT ASKING FOR SOMEONE TO MAKE A BIG DONATION, just 11, 500 people to donate just $1 dollar to this fund. This fund will help me cover my rent for the next year, hopefully I won't have to ask for money if I get a full-time job. That's a dollar that may get wasted on something, or lost, or whatever, lord knows how many times I wasted or lost $1 on something. That money will really go a long way to prevent me from getting evicted or being homeless.

If you do donate, let me give my eternal thanks to you. Remember I am not sitting on my butt begging, I am working, in a community service job, and I am taking any temporary assignments from temp agencies to bolster my income, but unfortunately these assignments are rather irregular so I must get money from anywhere I can.
