Stephan Valencia Hit and Run Victim

On Thursday October 24^th at 7 am Stephan Valencia was struck by a Jeep Liberty on his was to work, he suffered sever injuries including fractures to his face a skull. The driver of the fled the scene of the accident and the family was left with many unexpected medical expenses.

Fortunately there was a Pima County Sheriffs deputy nearby at the time of the incident and it is believed that his prompt arrival to the scene along with his ability to promptly call for medical attention was imperative to his survival.

This was an unforeseen accident that required immediate medical attention. Stephan immediately entered into surgery and was placed in ICU care. Stephan has been released from the hospital, but continues to need medication and medical follow up care.

We are asking everyone come together and partner with one another to help alleviate the financial burden being placed upon Stephan and his parents at this time. He has accumulated numerous medical expenses as a result of the accident and continues to attain more bills with each visit. Although Stephan is on the path to a full recovery he continues to need his medication and to attend his follow up doctor visits. His father took leave without pay to be at the hospital with him every day, therefore has suffered a financial hardship.

This young man has show a great attitude in his recovery and looks forward to getting his life back on track. Let's help him regain hope by helping him in his time of need by making a contribution towards his future.
