Year after year I have said to myself, "Once I've become financially
successful I want to help out kids in need." Finally this year I realized why do I have to wait, oh
wait, I don't I just need to plan differently. A friend of mine asked me what I planned to do for my
birthday this year. I'm not the
type to plan a big party. She
suggested why not throw an old school dance mixer? I thought it was a great idea that could be a lot of fun but
then decided to take it a step further and have it benefit a charity.
Children's Hospital Los Angeles has been my top priority
as far as places I wanted to help out.
They were very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed to have
a successful event. When I spoke
with them one of my main concerns was where the money would actually end up
going. My favorite thing about
their program is it allows me to pick what department I want to donate to. We all know how hard life gets with
bills and the never-ending need for more finances. That's why I decided I wanted the money to help out families
without insurance who truly need the help to get their child the proper care it
Ivan's Birthday Party to benefit Children's
Hospital Los Angeles will be held on November 11th
in West Hollywood. I have been blessed to have had amazing support in launching this campaign thus far and am now anxious to take it even further and include YOU! Due to venue restrictions, "Ivan's Birthday to benefit Children's Hospital Los Angeles" is an invite-only affair, but I have created specific raffle prizes so that a few lucky winners in the LA area will be to able to join in on this amazing event and together we can reach our goal of $10,000.
This event mean's a lot to me because it kills me to think
that poor innocent kids have to struggle with disease and other issues when
they have not had a chance like you and I to really live and experience how
amazing life truly is. There is a set goal of $10,000 to raise.
Just looking for all sizes of donations whatever anyone can donate is
better than no donation. I just
hope that everyone is as excited as I am to help out and make a
difference. If you have received a invite and want to donate on here it will secure your RSVP for the Event.
Here is to changing lives and giving hope!
