A group of friends and I will be traveling during our Spring break of 2014 to Jalapa, Guatemala to help diminish the severe poverty within the community. Our goal is to help meet the basic needs and improve the quality of life of those underserved and impoverished Guatemalan people through health education and entrepreneurial initiatives.
Our goals are set high, but they will continue to be attained through hard work, dedication, and through the emotion we endure from transforming the lives of these people. We are working to create better, more sustainable and self-sufficient lifestyles for them.
The goal of raising $2000 is to help give them opportunities for a better life. All other expenses (excluding airfare) will be covered personally. Please help this trip become a reality. Please help us make this positive change.
