Help me get business essentials!

In what I'm sure has amounted to levels of whinging the world has never seen, some of you may have noticed I recently lost my job. Fortunately, I'm getting some unemployment to help out with my bills. Unfortunately though, this money is just enough to pay for my normal bills and day to day expenses, without much leeway.
I've made a point throughout my career to maintain some freelance work on the side to keep my skills up to date and work on some fun things that typically don't pay as much to keep my creative side happy. Recently (unrelated to my job situation), I decided I should probably turn legit and be a real business, since 9+ years of freelance work is turning into a respectable number. As of Halloween, I will be a legally recognized company, and will be able to take on larger projects and more work than ever before.
After what feels like one technological calamity after another"”between my computer needing some serious work, being unable to access majorly important software, no backups for my files, my router overheating, and my project management software being discontinued"”I have emerged from my personal bit-hell long enough to come up with a comprehensive list of what is needed to keep my business running.
My business only costs $100 monthly to operate, but some of my software and equipment belonged to my previous employer, and therefore needs to be replaced. It's been difficult trying to come up with the additional cash for these expenses, and any assistance would be a great help to getting my workflow and desk functioning at full-capacity again.
What do you get in return? For non-software, I will take pictures of me happily using my new equipment. For software, I'll think warmly of your help every time I use it (making sure not to curse you when the software behaves poorly).
