Save my Little Man Louie

Hi everyone Louie is my five year old Yorkie and my service dog. He is currently suffering from a terrible condition called collapsed trachea which is slowing taking away his ability to breath. He is my whole world and needs a 9,000 life saving surgery to place a stent in his trachea. Please don't let my lack of money kill my Louie.
