Danny's Memorial Fund for RSB

I'm Donna, Danny's Mom.  On the 17th Of January we had a knock at the door. Two Police Officers were there. I just knew and said "He's dead insn't he" Danny had been found at a friends house.  I say this as Danny got into the world of drugs when he was 19...He ended up homeless on the streets of Birmingham. We tried everything we could to get him away from this world. We searched the streets and did whatever we could. Occasionally he would call home, we even got him to visit where we fed him, clothed him. But he was stuck into the worst kind of drugs. He had walked out of a good job too at a bank..Just over a Year ago his Nan (My mom) was dying from cancer and did not have long to live....Liam our youngest son searched everywhere to find him, so he could see his Nan one last time...But it was not to be. From then we didn't hear from Danny again for 2 Years until this knock at the door. Right now He is with the coroner to state cause of death. And now we face having to find the money to pay for the funeral, we have no savings and are not on any kind of benefit...My heart breaks that we are even in this position. If we can only raise a small amount would be wonderful..Hopeful & Thank you for taking the time to read this. xx Please find it in your hearts to do this one last thing for my son...xx

UPDATE: As of yet there is no known cause for Danny's Death.  As the total for the Funeral expenses, which was a pure guess by Me (More like 3500!) We have decide to leave the page open and raise as much as possible towards 2 charities that help the homelss in Birmingham. Thank You all so much for the sharing of your memories of Danny, Myself and the rest of the Family feel so Proud of the way he conducted himself in such dire circumstances. God Bless You All. xxxxx
