Please help Cancer medical bills

On October 16 2012 I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast and Lymph node cancer on my left breast I had a tumor removed that was the size of a golf ball and 14 Lymph nodes removed. I had six boughts of Chemotherapy and 32 sessions of radiation. I was not able to work for over 4 months and had no income source at that time. My last radiation session was in May 2013 and then I went in for physical theapy to regain strengh in my arm this was a period of 2 months.
I also had a second surgery on my right breast in August 2013 to remove pre cancer cells. In September 2013 I had a mild heart attack.
Its a daily battle to stay strong and try to get back to normal. My chemotherapy just kicked my ass it really changes you. But now I have these outstanding medical bills that have to be paid. I owe money for blood work, surgery, radiation treatment, doctor visits, physical therapy and some chemo treatments. These bills are over whelming I really need some help. In fact at the end of this month I'm having an Estate sale to help pay some of my bills. I'm letting go of over 50% of my belongings. I truly would appricated any help you could offer me. I really need to focus on my health getting back on my feet and getting some closure from this cancer battle that I just went through and if I could get my bills in order this would releave my constant anxiety. The chemo changed my hair follicles and my hair that I lost is growing back curley and thick.
