The Heartbeat

My name is Nikita. The little guy in the above. Who's name is Kolton. got a heart transplant 4 years ago. The heart was from my 6 1/2 month old Lucas. His mom Jenny and I just finally got in touch for the first time since the transplant last week and more than anything I would like to go visit the family. But financially it's just not possible. Im here in Minnesota and they are in Oklahoma. I'm asking for help to go see this little warrior and hear the heart that was once my sons in person. To hug Kolton and Jenny. Being in touch with them is the closest thing I've had to my son in over 4 years. Thank you so much!
