In desperate need of help

My name is David Harris. I'm a 36 year old stand up comic/martial artist/grapic design student from Utah. Well...I used to be. while already recovering from a broken hip and femur,In September of 2012 I was struck by a car while crossing the street on my way to school, breaking my other hip. taking my ability to walk on my own.Sometimes I can walk with crutches, but a lot of the time the pain is just too much and I'm confined to a wheelchair. I have had 6 surgeries so far, and will still require more. My insurance isn't very good, and doesn't cover a lot. This accident also took my ability to work, costing me my apartment and my ability to live independently. My family does the best they can to support me, but due to their already strained finincal circumstances, there's not a lot that they can do for me and still be able to keep a roof over our heads. unfortunately things like insurance companies and being approved for disability can take a very long time, so i have had no finincal help on that front, and won't for quite some time. With no way to bring in money, it has left me unable to pay for doctor and hospital co-pays, medicine, and other expenses that I have almost daily. I have tried acquiring aid from almost every agency I can find, to no avail and my families finincal situation is getting worse all the time because of help they provide me with. I honestly do my best to keep my chin up and a smile on my face, praying that things will work out for the best, but as time goes on and my situation grows worse, my faith is wearing thin. So, this is the last idea I could come up with to try and pull things together and help myself and my family. I'm reaching out to total strangers and praying that someone, anyone will help me, because I have nowhere else to turn. The money will be spent on dr/specialist/surgeon co-pays as well as hospital co-pays for upcoming surgeries, medicines, a new wheelchair (the one I have now is only ment for indoor use, and it makes it very hard for me to go anywhere alone without the constsnt worry of fallimg over or getting stuck) and other small daily expenses (I.e gas so my family can take me to places I need to go etc..) even the smallest donation will help and be met with extreme gratitude.
