4-H Poultry Club - FREE SHIRTS/FOOD

Well, it is official there will be no poultry onsite at the county or state fairs this year to prevent the spread of deadly bird flu.
This is going to be very disappointing to all the 4-H members (80+ kids) that have been working hard raising birds! Cindy Bull our leader is committed to a positive approach for our club this fair even without birds. If you know a 4-H kid in poultry, I encourage you to reach out and encourage them to stay involved and make the best of it.
This campaign is to raise money to help fund some events we want to have during the fair week that will help us show these kids we care and they can press on! It's not about the show really, it is about the learning and preparation for the show that really matters.
I am working to design a new special poultry shirt with the help of The Tee Shirt Shoppe. It will be a positive reflection on this year's situation and help bond these kids together! I really want to give each 4-H poultry member a FREE shirt they can wear proudly at the fair and be proud even withouth their birds. I am really encouraging businesses to sponsor and we will add their logo to the back of the shirts.
We are also hoping to provide a meal for these kids on Tuesday (which would have been show day). I am thinking Chicken Wings or Chick-fil-A. Anyone have contacts with BW3 or Chick-fil-A and want to help us there that is great too!
