Help Martin audition for drum corps!

Hi everyone! As you all know, I love playing music, and I have ben presented with an opportunity to take my love of music and do something with it. In December, I will be auditioning for two World Class drum and bugle corps. If I am as successful as I hope to be, I will spend the summer touring the United States with the Madison Scouts or the Boston Crusaders playing the contrabass bugle, or marching tuba. What is drum and bugle corps, you ask? Think of it as a sort of professional marching band, but only including brass and percussion. The organization that governs this activity, Drum Corps International's slogan is even "Marching Music's Major League". It is, more likely than not, the Highest level of performance that I will achieve in my musical career. But alas, unlike professional sports, I won't get paid for it. In fact, it costs nearly three thousand dollars for the summer, and that doesn't even include travel fees!
