Final Trip for Monica

This is Monica Ortega. Monica and I grew up in Coos Bay Oregon. Monica has Huntingtons Disease. Monica's biggest wish is to be able to see her daughter who she has not seen in many years. Monica is rapidly losing her battle with this terrible disease. Soon she will be on hospice and not able to travel. I am trying to raise enough money to take her from Yuba City CA, to Phoenix AZ to see her daughter and her grandchildren she has never met. I Monica spent about 7 years homeless before I found her and moved her to California. She currently lives in a great skilled nursing facility here. She was able to connect with one of her other daughters a couple of months ago. I am asking for this amount of money to take her on this trip accompanied by her youngest daughter to see her oldest daughter. The money would be spent on food, gas, and lodging for a 4 day trip.
