I have experienced serious trauma on the 14th of February 2013, Valentines Day. I have taken the RSPCA to court for the theft of my dogs. Both the police and the Rspca are in court for the illegal usage of a warrant appearing to be served 2 times on me in a 3 month period which is illegal. False statements were passed to obtain a warrant to raid me and was proven in court. It was proven my dogs were healthy and this was even stated via email by the RSPCA top legal executive Ray Goodfellow.
A case of trespass, barging into my home and the taking of my animals all had since babies, the stealing of my sweeties on Valentines Day. I was bullied, intimidated, threatened, coerced, being placed under extreme duress. My dogs were stolen from their home and broken up from each other. I travelled Anglia checking RSPCA facilities in search of my dogs. They were scattered at different RSPCA facilities. I located 4 of my dogs. This is Presley I found. I have spoken to my local MP over the issue who stated it was a legal case. I have spoken to a solicitor that stated it was a case for judicial review.  I have managed to secure an injunction on 2 of my dogs which I am not allowed to see. It was claimed my other dogs were rehomed and could not fall under the injunction.  All I have lived and worked for are my dogs. We were a happy family. I have sustained a lot of abuse in the UK and all that kept me going were my dogs. I loved them so dearly. Its a tragedy to have been robbed of that which I loved unconditionally and my dogs in return loved me unconditionally. I may not be rich but I dont have to be in order to be an animal lover. I value life and respect all of Gods creatures. I value the life of my dogs. Life has simply not been pleasant for me in the UK. I am on the offence for my case and there is no legal aid for me. The funding of fighting this case is immensely important in order to receive justice for what happened to me and to my dogs. My dogs were stolen from me with no opportunity to hug or kiss good-bye and placed up for adoption 5 days later. I have made all the sacrifices in the world to care for them, raise them and to ensure they were extremely friendly dogs. These are my heros and healers and no one elses. The trauma sustained has not been pleasant which is continued to be endured. No one should endure what I have been through. However, injustices continue to occur as in the case of the vet Mr Striker whose home was raided. I had a case management hearing scheduled but was altered to a hearing of strike out instead but on this day it was not stricken out by the judge. Another case management hearing was called but this too was altered by the RSPCA to one of a request for mediation. The mediation was granted by the Judge and it proved unsuccessful. The courts then failed to schedule another case management hearing and went straight to trial. The RSPCA and the Police failed to furnish statements by the cut off date as set in the order made in the first hearing of strike out.  Case management hearings. 1 case management hearing was altered to be one of strike out by those in defence. I won this, my case was not struck out. 1 case management hearing was altered to be one requesting mediation called for by the defence, a tactic to increase the costs.. I have a case I had an offer of  500 pounds from one of the defence sides to drop my case from including them but obviously this is insufficent for the trauma I went through and fails to indicate compensation for my dogs or the return of my dogsI have succeeded in getting an injunction for the homing of my dogs however it is claimed all were rehomed bar 2. These 2 dogs of mine held on injunction want to come home and I have been blocked from seeing them. All of my dogs are the apple of my eye, the air I breathe, the blood running through my veins and the pump that pumps my heart. Please can you help me continue the battle for justice for what happened to me and my dogs. It is also hoped this never happens to anyone else again but alas it has happened again. It will continue to happen again and again for devouted animal lovers until justice prevails in such actions never occur again. I have had my human rights breached as it did not cater for a fair trail. The trial was held on 24 and 25 September 2013. On 25 September I was overcome and an ambulance was called. My blood pressure was deemed to be at a dangerous level and I was taken to hospital. The ambulance staff informed the Judge the trial could not continue on the 25th of September. The 2nd day was then rescheduled fpr the 3rd of October 2013.. 1. No case management hearing took place as a result of this it was not ensured all parties had the required documentation to go to trail the rspca have not been able to produce a single statement of events but continued to produce statements retaliating my statement of events. 2. The RSPCA legal team were beaten by me that they had to bring in a private solicitor to represent them. This solicitor thought he would take control of the case and produce the trial bundle for which was not accounted for as  no case management hearing took place as his position to do so. He also took it upon himself to set the ordering of questioning. 3. Not all statements are in from those involved in the raid upon me so how can anyone judge a case. 3. the judge said I was an unreliable witness (I am the sole witness) 4. I proved in court lies, trespass false statements given 5. The judge stated it was improper to go to work and have animals. 6. The judge ordered the release of my 2 dog on injunction 7. the judge feels I should loose my home a) I am ordered to pay injunction time for my dogs yet 3 months of time is the judge delaying giving a verdict b) I have been ordered to pay a substantial sum of money to the police yet they have committed both perjury and obstruction of justice c) I have been ordered to pay a substantial sum of money to PDT Solicitor (acting for RSPCA) whom violated my rights by tampering with the court case they created a trial bundle which I should have done they set the order of questioning (I never even saw the trial bundle until the day I was in court on 24 September they are clearly obstructing justice as my evidence was not used and they simply continued to use false allegations which cannot be proven and has nothing to do with the actual raid yet seem to believe they validate it does its not possible to validate a warrant action after the fact and without physical evidence existing  8. the judge took 3 months to give me an undated written verdict and I am to suffer the costs incurred for his failure in furnishing a result sooner. Must I be punished and pay for an illegal raid on my home without evidence. Must I loose my dogs which are healthy. Must I loose my home. Must I suffer injustice. Must I suffer Human Rights breaches. I currently have an appeal in at the Royal Courts of Justice. My story is quite in depth and the local gvt was aware I had my dogs. I had a letter from the planning department that no enforcement action was to be taken. I have been bullied by a bully boy neighbour for 4 years to loose my dogs. I won for 4 years of his nightmarish antics. It took an outright raid to steal my dogs, bullying, harassment, intimidation and coercion to make me loose my dogs. No action against me has been taken as I have done nothing wrong. I am merely a victim as a animal lover on my own with a family of dogs. Living for my dogs, surviving through all the hardship with my dogs giving me the energy needed to survive.
