Our journey from Tennessee to California is far from over if anything its just begun - gofundme was such an exciting time. I'm sure just like us - you thought we were crazy & it would never work. We know we are different probably even a rare breed of people - We know we ARE crazy but let me clarify - Crazy? YES! - we are "Crazy for Jesus" that is. We are willing to do whatever that still small voice deep inside tells us to do no matter what anyone thinks. We had no way of knowing it wouldn't work until we tried - We knew some people (even close friends & family) were thinking we were complete nuts. We did it afraid - not afraid of what you thought but afraid if we didn't do it we would never know the outcome and still be sitting in Tennessee.
You might say we are like Eagles - they are different from other birds - no matter what the obstacle they keep their eye on what they are after and stay focused until they've grabbed it - they love storms - they use the raging winds to lift themselves above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings.
Right now - we are in the eye of the storm - still with no job - yet focused on what it is we want - willing to work where ever the Lord leads with only a few yet important details. We believe God is a family God therefore He wants us to be able to spend much needed time with our family. Family was something I ran from for years. When your healed from the inside out you don't have to run anymore. He didn't miracle move us 3000 miles to be near the ones who love us the most to NOT make a way for it to happen.
My proclamation is this - I believe God has the perfect job for me doing what ever it is that He has for me. I also believe it will be a job where I work Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays off. It will be a job that pays more then enough to support my family with an over flow to help others.
Its no surprise to God the first of the month is almost here - He knows our every need and the desires of our hearts. He WILL be faithful - His word says it. Philippians 1:6
He has delivered us to our promise land - we will continue to stand our ground using this storm to be lifted above the clouds to rest in Him while fighting the devil until he flees knowing its God's desire for us to take the time back that has been stolen from us. James 4:7
So just like the eagle we are different - you can judge us and label us crazy or you can learn how to soar in every storm. Its an amazing adventure and we want the whole world to see that God IS faithful to complete what He has started in every area of our lives including a job. Isaiah 40:31
I hope your encouraged and as excited as we are to see more of the miraculous things God is going to do. Don't worry you won't miss out we will be on every roof top shouting "Watch me" for all the world to see.
