Dolls for a Cause Charity Auctions

Dolls For A Cause all started in 2011 when Dacia of Mini Me Dolly Diva's found a pair of Pink Ribbon socks and made American Girl doll socks from them and realized they needed an outfit to match. She created the first Fight Like A Girl outfit and decided she could not sell it for profit, instead chose to auction it on Ebay and donate the proceeds to http://ww5.komen.org/. Since that first outfit, Dacia created a second outfit in 2012 and with the help of donations from other doll crafters, was able to raise more. Working with Amy of Lemonhead 103 and involving more doll crafters, they spearheaded an Autism Awareness outfit in April of 2013. In August of 2013 we became an actual group with the focus on creating exceptional, unique, doll ensemble packages to auction with all the proceeds to benefit the cause the ensemble is centered around. We now are a group consisting of over 10 crafters, each creating a part of the grouping and donating it to make fantastic one of a kind doll ensembles.


Many have asked how they can help! What our auctions are missing are dolls! How amazing would it be to not only win the amazing collection of doll items but have it come complete with an 18 inch doll! All of our auctions are 100% for charity. With your small donation we hope to raise money to add dolls to each of our charity auctions. If we raise $140 in the next few weeks we will purchase Hope, a bald American Girl doll, to add to our breast cancer awareness collection.
