Broke College Couple Needs New Mattress!

Hello everyone!
As many of you may know (and some may not), Travis and I are both active college students working full time to try to make ends meet. As college students, sometimes this is not always an easy feat. While we may be able to make our bills each month, it does not leave us very much room to save up for much.
Travis is still actively saving for a car and will hopefully be able to finally purchase one this fall; he has been struggling with medical bills that stemmed from a surprise appendectomy earlier this year. I myself have a heavy car loan that eats up most of what I make as a hostess. For the last two years, we have been sharing a twin sized bed on the floor with very little support. It has been incredibly uncomfortable, but we have been coping and making it work. The mattress is close to twelve years old and the springs are finally beginning to burst through the fabric of the mattress. We both wake with backaches and neck aches nearly every day as a result. While we have a little money saved up, it has become more and more difficult with car loans, tuition, books and everyday expenses.
We are hoping desperately to get a modest, comfortable, Queen sized bed for us to share that will not be so hard on our bodies.
We truly appreciate any help that you can give, from the bottom of our hearts, even if it's only $1.

For now, have a picture of Travis sleeping (alone) happily (he's just happy to be able to stretch out!). In the photo, we were using a metal bed frame we borrowed from a friend but recently they needed it back so we are back to the floor!
