Hi everyone! My name is Jackie, many of you know me in real life, and there are many of you that know me as LilPumpkinPie05 on Youtube, where I share bits and pieces of my life and give you beauty tips online and on YouTube. My journey and passion as an artist started as a child and after years and years of shying away from pursuing it as a career full time, I finally decided to take the plunge and dive myself right into it full time in the fall of 2012. All throughout 2012 the money I made on the side I saved so that I could go to school and become a licensed cosmetologist in one of the best schools in the nation, (and possibly the world): the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, Ca. I paid for half of my tuition in cash all on my own and it was one of the proudest moments of my life!!
Everything was going great for me in life and in school when June 28th 2013 I lost one of my longtime childhood friends, roommate, and best friend Stefanie Ramirez. Since she and I lived together, I have really fallen behind on a lot of things, financially and emotionally. With the support of my family, friends and faith I have slowly but surely been coming to terms with the grief of losing my best friend. But I still need help.
It's winding down to the last 2 months of the cosmetology course I am enrolled in and before I can get my diploma in October I'll have to pay my school for some of the extra hours I'll have to make up in order to complete 1600 hours. I owe my school a considerable amount of money in order to get my diploma once I've completed my hours, about $2,000 in total. Once that is paid for and the hours are completed I will be eligible to take the examination to become a licensed cosmetologist, so I'm asking for little bits here and there from my peers and mentors if they can help.
If there is anything you can do to help any little bit counts. I'm trying to gather all of this sometime by late August to mid September. I'm really praying for a miracle because that's literally all that's left and I've come too far in my education to be stopped now. Thank you so much!!
GRATITUDE to me is thanking God in advance for what is to come. It is giving all of my worries to Him knowing that deep down inside no matter how impossible something may seem He's got my back. So I am saying THANK YOU in advance, because I know I have not been brought this far and worked this hard to be left stranded. Thank you thank you thank you everyone for reading. xoxo

I am still getting emails and messages from people saying they still would like to donate!!! I have decided to re-open the fundraiser and accept donations again, this time for the family of my friend who passed away. They are really going to need the extra help. Please help me by extending your generosity to them now. I am absolutely in shock and awe of how you all pulled through for me and I would like to pay it forward to someone else. I wouldn't have it any other way!
