Repair my condo

I need some repairs in my condo. I am going to use the money for ceiling repair, paint and plumbing repair including handle bars on the shower. My income is limited and does not provide for this repair which needs to be done soon. I am currently sleeping on my sofa because i am afraid my roof may fall. I recently had a fall and I am not able to do self repair.
