Helping a Mother take her life back

I have a disease called Endometriosis, I have had it for 15 years. I suffer from it daily, have had five surgeries and have been on all kinds of medications and treatments to try for it. I have severe pain sometimes debilitating pain that keeps me home a lot. On top of that I am very tired from it a lot. I cannot live a normal life with as much pain as I have and I do not want to just live on pain medications for the rest of my life. I get sick alot and have pain in more then just my abdomen. I get pain all over.
Even if this takes me five years to get the money I am going to try...........SO please help me not to give up on me
I would love to take control of my life back and be able to be all that I can be for my son and myself...
I have found a place in Atlanta whom specializes in my condition and they feel they can give me a 80% recovery rate and even if it's not 80%, then even 30/40/50 % is better then where I am at today...It is more of a major surgery and I will have to fly out of state to do it. I need to raise enough money to get airline tickets, hotel money, surgery money, medication money, food money for out there and I will need to be out of state for a week.This quote covers all of that including the hospital bill but not including the anethesiologist.
The place is out of network with any insurance. I also do not have private insurance.
Anything will help and will be deeply and greatly appreciated, I am tired of suffering and I have no quality of life right now, I am literally on the edge with this disease.
