NWF for Make-A-Wish

My name is Jordan Cassel. I
am a 12 year old boy whose dream is to host an independent wrestling event. For those of you who don't know, an indy wrestling event is a small wrestling show held in a high school or bingo hall with four or five big time WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) or TNA (Total Nonstop Action) superstars and local talent covering the rest of the program. A meet and greet almost always takes place beforehand with the big timers.
I am organizing one of these events under the name of NWF (Natick Wrestling Federation) on June 21, 2014 in my hometown of Natick, MA with all the profits being donated to Make-A-Wish.
I am writing this proposal to ask for funding support so that the amount I am able to donate to Make-A-Wish can be as large as possible. I chose this organization because I have experienced other promotions donating to this cause and have seen the great impact wrestling and wrestlers have had on Make-A-Wish's ability to make children happy. I have listed a preliminary budget at the end of this proposal.
Since becoming a wrestling fan (my parents might say fanatic) I have had the pleasure and honor of meeting many wrestlers and I have begun to reach out to many of the people I have met as well as some I haven't to provide the most entertaining wrestling experience I can. Additionally, we will be organizing a "meet and greet" either before or after the actual wrestling. Several of the wrestlers have offered to donate their services or come at a reduced fee. Others have offered profit from their meet and greet signings.
So far we have confirmed the following:
1. Kennedy Middle School, Natick, MA will be the venue for June 21, 2014
2. The Boogeyman, Axl Rotten, Zach Gowen, Demolition, Shark Boy, Shelly Martinez, Spike Dudley, John Cena, Sr., Slyck Wagner Brown, The M1nute Men, Robbie the Giant, Cam Zagami, East Coast Cowboy, Evan Markopolous, Joey Rage, Anthony Green, Gregory Edwards, Jimmy Preston, Eric Steel, JT Dunn, Mark Shurman, Scotty Slade and J-Busta have all confirmed their participation.
I have negotiated everything (with the help of my parents) and have had a lot of fun working on this. You can check me out on Youtube at Jordan W S or on twitter @jordanw_s. I have also begun a twitter for the event -- @WrestlingNWF. Soon we will launch our website.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated. I will provide documentation of your donation to the NWF but can not gaurantee that it will be tax deductible because I am not a recognized non-profit organization. I will also have photographs and videos of the event if you would like to see how your support helped the event.
