Help me get treatment

Hello, My name is Laura.
I must first admit that it's very hard for me to reach out for help, especially from the goodwill of people who may not know me personally.
I have an undiagnosed medical condition that has left me partially disabled. I walk with a limp and have various neurological and muscular problems in my legs and back. I have always been active and since this started over a year ago my life has done a 180. My social life has greatly decreased since I can't visit friends or family as much. Activities I used to be avid about (walking, hiking, going to events, being outside) have all been taken away from me.
I can't work anymore and therefor, lost my insurance. I have medical bills I can't pay off and medical tests and physical therapy I can't schedule because I can't pay for them.
I would love to be able to get a wheelchair so I can go out with my friends and family again. I long for spontaneity to be an option for me again since it has always been an integral characteristic of my personality and I don't feel like myself without it. I can get by with my cane for short distances currently but anything over 20 minutes and the pain gets in the way of any fun or life experience I could be having.
I would greatly appreciate any help in my quest for getting my life back and learning to live with the way my body is now. If I reach my wheelchair goal any extra funds I raise will go to getting my testing done and physical therapy and hopefully lead to an actual diagnosis for me. I would at least like a name and prognosis for what I'm experiencing.
Update- I have a diagnosis now, at least, unfortunately it's not the best, but at least I know what's going on. Treatment is very expensive and so far i've been denied by my insurance. I'm not looking forward to having a picc line in for months but it's necessary, so yeah. Also I have a wheelchair now, which has been amazing for me. Thanks everyone. <3
