My Landlord Is a Slum Lord

My name is Josh, and I live in Cleveland, Ohio with my boyfriend and my cat child Bender.

I am currently in a financial struggle with our apartment.

We have been living here for about 4 months, and on New Years Day, the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking.

I asked maintenance on numerous occasions to fix it; promises were made and broken.

I'm concerned this ceiling could collapse on us at any time, or we could get sick from mold growing.

Not to mention, the area I live in is unsafe for other reasons as well.

There was a shooting a few months back, and I heard the gunshots because it was right by my apartment door.

I would love to move away from here into a better apartment, but my job isn't paying me well enough for moving expenses.

The job is stable, and I've been here almost a year, but I'm sinking all of my money into
This place.

I would love to move out of here, i'm just in need of a little bit of financial support to do so.
