My Heart Cat Belle needs help!

years ago I met a tiny kitten with a cute black diamond on her nose, and I fell
instantly in love. Now, I love her more than I ever thought it
possible to love any cat, or any human for that matter. She is a sweet, gentle,
playful and affectionate cat, and she makes me smile, laugh and feel deeply
loved every day.
She recently spent three days at the vet hospital because she started vomiting, stopped eating, and became lethargic and withdrawn. She is back home now, is eating again and seems to feel a little better, but she's still not "herself." Despite many tests there hasn't been a diagnosis. Xrays did show that there is a problem with her lungs, though, and further tests are needed: an ultrasound and possibly a needle aspiration and/or a Bronchoalveolar Lavage test.
Belle is my best friend, and all I want is for her to be a healthy, happy kitty once again. We first need to diagnose what is wrong so we can determine what treatment is needed. Her vet bills are already huge, and I don't know how much more will be needed. A health crisis of my own and a drastic cut in my earnings has left little to no money for Belle's vet bill. However, I will do anything and everything I can to help her get well, because I love her dearly and I can't bear to lose her.
