Help Kia Run!

Kialeigh is running great, but who knew that running is super expensive? Especially when you are only a Freshman and qualifying to run at the National level. We have New England in CT, then New Balance Nationals in NC coming up, then running camp, then Cross Country and new running sneakers and super cool spikes... it never ends and it shouldn't. She has worked incredibly hard and unfortunately we just don't have the money to support it all. This is where you can help...

I thought it may help to see how incredible she is - she ran in the Freshman 1600m (mile) at New Balance Indoor Nationals in NYC a few months ago. She ran it in 5:05.48. Yes, a mile in just over 5 minutes. She was ranked 7th among Freshman nationally after that race. NATIONALLY. In Maine Class A States last weekend, she came in 2nd in the 1600. She ran a 5:14.66. (5:25 qualifies Freshman to run in Nationals) She placed 4th in the 800m and her relay team (with three other AMAZING runners!) ran a 4x400 in 4:05.79, setting a facility record.

She is part of an amazing High School team that has helped her push and excel. We want to show her that hard work does pay off and help her dreams come true. It truly takes a village.
