Hello,
My name is Zemi and I need your help to become a 30 Elephants chaperone! 30 Elephants is a nonprofit organization that takes underprivileged children and teens to various cities and countries around the world so that they can learn about other cultures. This year 30 Elephants has partnered with another nonprofit organization entitled Me to We, and they are taking a group of children to Kenya to learn about Kenyan culture (how amazing is that!). 30 Elephants helps the children fundraise but chaperones must fundraise on their own for their travel expenses. I've risen a little bit of money towards this trip but I'm $2000 short. Anything you give will be greatly appreciated and will help children explore a new culture while under safe supervision.
Like all 30 Elephant staff I have traveled immensely (Japan, Jamaica, Canada, Mexico), I am CPR and AED certified for both adults and children, and I have passed a thorough background check. I also have experience working with teens as I worked as a tutor while obtaining my bachelor’s degree from Howard University.

If I happen to exceed my goal (yay!) all the excess proceeds will go towards my education. I am pursuing my degree in Couple and Family Therapy.
