Dear friends,
As many of you know, I am an advocate for spreading the awareness about the effects of toxic mold (aka: mycotoxins), as it changed my life forever. Since this exposure, I have suffered health issues the likes of which I would not wish on anyone. I went from being an avid marathon runner to someone that experiences difficulty carrying out everyday tasks. Going from someone that could only be characterized as an athlete, to a person of average physical ability was heartbreaking to see the least. If I could impress upon you only one thing from this it would be the fiendishly subtle deleterious effects of mycotoxins. However there was one thing that helped me to overcome this adversity and I cannot imagine my life now without it today. The saving grace I'm speaking of is my healthy diet and lifestyle. From personal experience I can say, a healthy diet can never be understated. Without a doubt, I would not be able to enjoy the quality of life I do now without my juicing regimen and dietary changes, all of which I'm happy to bring to you in the form of an e-book. The information contained in this e-book is not limited to people suffering from toxic mold exposure. Moreover it is the means to which anyone can stave off a physical illness or attain a higher level of physical performance. Since so many friends have expressed their interest in assisting with cost after my heart surgery, I thought through sharing what I have learned about nutrition is the perfect way to raise money, as it supports the cause, and it allows me to help others(Note: Since becoming ill from being exposed, I have become hyper sensative to foods that cause inflammation in the body. These smoothies were desinged around its beneficial factor). Plus it would make me feel better to give something in return for your donation.
