Please help our cats!!

Please help us get our power back on so our cats can go home! We have 12 cats and recently our power was shut off because they found we had a previous bill and until it's paid were living in one bedroom with 10 of them, one is in a bathroom with our bird because she's so terrified she's broke out in hives. Finally the mother of most of them is locked in a VERY cluttered bedroom because she's attacking all her babies because she's so stressed out over this! All of us staying with my husband's  father who is making us all stay locked up in these rooms. There's been violence threatened for the last 3 days over our cats. When he's stressed anyway, which is all the time! Our cats are spoiled and well cared for and aren't used to this!! It's killing us! All I do is cry and I'm so run down at this point I can barely care for them, although they will be cared for if it kills me!!! Please find it in your heart to help our babies go home. ANY amount is closer to what we have now. We have to hurry too before our landlord loses patience with letting our belongings (our life) stay in the apt until we can come up with the money. I'm worried sick she's going to get fed up waiting on someone to be living there caring for the premises and tell us we have to leave. With as many cats as we have, and renting, that place is really our ONLY option!!
Your probably wondering why we have so many cats. Well, we had 1 then we took in a stray that was pregnant so she could have her kittens inside where it's warm. She had 3 and we fell head over heels in love with them. We rehomed her and kept her kittens. That made 4. Then we had one of the two males neutered but a bad virus swept through all 4 of them and the other male couldn't be neutered until he was better. Well, he got our female pregnant during that time. She had a litter of 9!! One sadly passed early on. We bottle fed the rest to ensure their survival. Falling deeply in love with them because of this and the only shelter around here is a HIGH KILL SHELTER and there's NO WAY!!! Not an option! That leads us to where we are right now. In desperate need of HELP!! We need much more time to find GOOD homes for some of our babies and right now, their being loved and cared for but their quality of life is NONE! I can't bear to put them through this another day so I'm turning to the world in hopes someone can help us! Please help us.... God Bless anyone and everyone who helps in ANY way!
