Helping Am While She Recovers

Two weeks ago tomorrow out dear friend and co worker was hit by a truck who had run a red light. She had several surgeries that included drilling a hole in her head to relieve swelling, a chest tube because several ribs were broken resulting in a punctured lung, her spleen was removed and her left hip was completely shattered resulting in her having to have a complete hip replacement. We received the exciting news that she gets to finally go home today but is still looking at weeks if not months of recovery. She has already missed two weeks of work and is expected to miss several more weeks if not months. While it is expected that all of her medical bills resulting from this will be paid by the other drivers insurance. Amber was still struggling to pay off previous medical bills from her prior cancer diagnosis and also has her normal everyday expenses and bills she has to meet. That's where we come in.
