Hi! My name is Jena Vincent, a Certified Massage Therapist, Arvigo Practitioner, and doula from Sebastopol, CA.I was trained in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (ATMAT) in 2012 and I love what it has added to my practice and my ability to help others.

I'll be presenting my talk "Home is where the womb is: healing through Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy" at Empowering Fearless Birth film festival in Provo, Utah on September 21st, then again at the first Birth Without Fear Conference in Dallas-Ft Worth, TX on October 12th.
