Singing for My Summer!

This summer, I will have the wonderful opportunity to sing the lead role of Alice in Verdi's comic opera, "Falstaff," with the prestigious Bay View Music Festival in northern Michigan. For six weeks, I will take acting lessons, voice lessons, and perform for over 2,000 people in a resort community. Bay View Music Festival is one of the oldest and most well-known music programs in the nation, and it is an honor to be able to work and perform with this wonderful group of faculty artists and fellow student artist!

However, in opera, one must pay one's dues! This program will cost around $3,000 to complete. Thankfully, I have received a scholarship to cover over half of that amount, but am wanting to raise funds to cover the remaining tuition. As I am a poor college student, your donations are extra important! Anything you can give, whether it be $5.00 or $500.00, will be very much appreciated.
